Drifting Boat
        Hanshan (Tang)

Once at Cold Mountain
        troubles cease,
No more tangled
        hung-up mind.
I idly scribble poems on the rock cliff,
Taking whatever comes
        like a drifting boat.

Hánshān (Táng)

Yī zhù Hánshān wànshìxiū,
Gèng wú zániàn guàxīn tōu.
Xián yū shíbìtōu shījù,
Rèn lián hái tóng bù jì zhōu.
