白居易

Visiting Yunju Temple
Bai Juyi 722-846

Presented to the Landowner Mu Thirty-sixth

Deep in jumbled peaks, road to Yun-chu:
with others I tramp the blossoms, alone sorrowing for spring.
Beautiful spots have no fixed owner--
mountains belong mostly to people who love mountains.

Zèng Mù Sānshíliú Dìzhǔ

Luàn fēng shēnchù Yúnjū lù,
Gòng tà huā háng dú xī chūn.
Sèngdì běnlái wú dìng zhǔ,
Dà dū shān shǔ ài shān rén.
