Chuán Xíng Qīrí Zhì Liúqiú
Xú Bǎoguāng 1671-1740

Wù yú tiāndìjiān,
Wéi hǎi zuì yún jù.
Qízhōng bāo zhòng yǒu,
Yī fù qǐ shèng xù.
Jīn lái wànxiàng xū,
Kōng bì hùn qióng yǔ.
Jìng hán tuán dēng fú,
Fú hé dàkuài xù

Shí qīng bō bùyáng,
Lún wěi shì mò yù.
Dǎoyí fù huán yíng,
Liúqiú nǎi chēng jù.
Wànlǐ lái xiàn chēn,
Qīngyún suì gān lǚ.
Běncháo sān qǐng fēng,
Chóngyì biǎo dāng nìng.

Notes:
The boats sailed by the skilled Ryukyuan sailors must have been mostly made in China, probably at or near Fuzhou, because there have never been adequate forests in the Ryukyu Islands.
